Kerze Portable Lamp
Taking the concept of a traditional portable candlestick holder/ oil lamp, and transforming it into a modern aesthetic. Elevating the past to adapt to a new world.
Goals
This light will function as a low maintenance light that can be easily moved around the home. Since acrylic fingerprints easily, the handle acts as an intuitive functional element to prevent other grime.
The light will work best in a more modernistic home inspired by Bauhaus decorations. As the light refracts at night, it fills the space with its own meaning and intentions.

Oil Lamps
Bulbing
Inspired by IKEA pieces, especially vintage pieces, I want the colors to be vibrant and confident.
Old oil lamps have such a charming quality and I wanted to adapt the ability of it being able to be moved around.
The Bulbing lamp, designed by Studio Cheha, has an admiration factor that makes people want to look at it. I was inspired by the acrylic in this lamp
